Researching how generative AI reshapes hospital functions.

As a University Professor and an e-DBA doctoral researcher at TBS Education, Jessica's doctoral research focuses on the adoption and integration of Generative AI across hospital functions — examining how clinical, operational, and administrative systems are reshaped when AI moves from experiment to embedded practice.

Her work bridges executive practice and academic rigor, asking not only what GenAI can do, but how organizations adopt it responsibly, sustainably, and in ways that genuinely serve patients, clinicians, and health systems.

Will be a keynote speaker on GenAi Adoption and Integration across organisational functions in private hospitals in Lebanon.

On stage, on air, and in the conversation.

Jessica speaks internationally on leadership, strategy, transformation, and the responsible adoption of generative AI in healthcare and beyond. Selected media appearances and conference stages are listed below.

Jessica joined Nawaya in June 2020 as our Programs Manager. Within a few months, it became clear that her abilities and capacities far surpassed a manager, so she was immediately promoted to become Deputy Director. Little did I know how much she would transform Nawaya and strengthen it on many levels over the next four years, and how indispensable she would become. Under Jessica's guidance and leadership, we became a mid-sized NGO with at least 50 people, working on several programs across the country and significantly increasing our impact. To begin with, Jessica dove into building the foundations of our policies and procedures throughout various departments, including Finance, M&E, Procurement, Communications, Human Resources, as well as our programmatic departments. She established strong systems, and improved coordination between various units. Work became more efficient and communication was smoother. Tasks were implemented and deadlines were consistently met on time because of her strong people-management skills. With Jessica, nothing fell through the cracks. She held everything together superbly well. To this date, none of us understand how she does it.

While working with Jessica I found her exceptional. There are few people who can keep up with her level of performance, she has advanced analytical skills, she can process a lot of information and make it seem so easy. Jessica also has has a strategic mind and is constantly innovating. She's someone who works hard, but does it with a smile, she's also an inspiring leader who gets results, whether working independently or managing a team. And last but not least she has a unique combination of creativity, strong work ethic and managerial skills.

She has a belief in business underpinned by traits such as, creativity, dedication, and a relentless pursuit for excellence. Over the years Jessica developed outstanding facilitation skills to become one of few who are able to present and facilitate workshops of all sizes. She was a part timer over many years teaching differenct courses in Healthcare Management. She is a hard working, motivated, responsible person with a high degree of professional integrity.

Jessica was the prime person to improvise and edit the internal rules an regulations that governs the Outpatient Center operation. Her transparent and dedicated personality made her very close and respected by all the constituents as well as by the medical center administration and staff. Her leadership skills are extraordinary in a way that she explores new ideas in management and implements whatever suit the organizational structure.

Jessica demonstrated a profound understanding of the complexities involved in managing large-scale projects. Her approach to procurement, hiring, and financial reporting set new standards for efficiency and transparency within the programme. This was proven in the audit report that showed zero findings. Her remarkable ability to manage complex projects, coupled with her passion for making a positive impact, makes her a standout professional in her field.
